Aston Martin DB2
A true and actual ‘barn find’, where the car was used to transport bales of hay on a horse ranch, after its tailgate had been removed. The owner really wanted to keep the car, but couldn’t afford to have it restored at the time. Sometime later, the then owner needed to sell, and the present owner bought the car. It was then stripped and placed in storage for about 14 years before it was brought to ZAE for restoration. The picture gallery says it all. It was one of our most enjoyable projects, especially because it was for a very supportive and enthusiastic client.
The restored Aston Martin was road-tested by a local motoring magazine.
